I was there as well. Brandt look really sharp, and got much more work
than everyone else. (3+ innings compared to 1 for everyone else).
Armstrong looked like he is well on his way to being his old self. And
Mike Wright looked great. Anderson looked as if he is working back
into shape. And there were some positives from freshman Jake Harris.
Simmons has one of the nastiest sliders I've ever seen.
I don't recall to many big hits. That could have been because of the
weather, though. There were a couple of big baserunning mistakes that
made me shudder at the thought of those blunders from 2 seasons ago...
