Boston Butt, or Whole Shoulder
5 teaspoons of Liquid Smoke.
Bottle of white vinegar
Crushed Red Pepper flakes
1/3 cup sugar
I throw in garlic cloves as well (2-4)
Water as needed to keep it from buring down oo much.
Set Fat side up in crock pot (some suggest fat side down) and allow
to cook on low for 8-12 hours.
