Subject: Conference USA - Who's gonna take the cake?

Message:

What a topsy turvy week for Conf. USA football. Marshall is upset,
ECU is upset, Tulsa is upset. Our loss doesn't look so bad now.
We lost an away game, Marshall was upset on their own home field
and Houston obliterated Tulsa - go figure. It's a long season and
probably for most, teams are having to find bench-warmers to rise up
and ressurect their teams.

ECU is definitely not the Lone Ranger in this department. We need
healthy bodies in the lineup. My thought is to bring in a healthy
Kass and move Pinkney to running back/receiver out of the back
field. Start using Womack, Taylor and Whitley also for screens and
dump passes. Give Jonathan Williams a second chance to redeem
himself pending his possible incarceration/probation in the
offseason.

Do whatever it takes to win. Patchwork is the name of the game
now. We can still win this thing.

Go Pirates!

We don't have a QB that puts up #'s. Kass has done worse than PP. **  --  ECPirates11   Tue Nov 18 2008 10:59:35 PM
